Where do we deliver?

We deliver to Hong Kong addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. We do not deliver to Outlying Islands, P.O. Boxes, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.

Following delivery fee applies:

FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$1,500. The minimum order is HK$1,500.

When do we deliver?

We offer delivery on Mondays to Fridays (except on holidays). We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. Delivery service is available normally between 10am – 6pm, unless otherwise arranged specifically. Our courier or their representative may contact you on the day of delivery prior delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to sign and receive the delivery at the times arranged.

How do we deliver?

Orders will be delivered by a courier-type service. A signature is required on delivery. Please examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. By signing the delivery note, you acknowledge that your order is correct and that you accept the package.


How long should you expect your orders to be delivered?

We will start to process your order as soon as the payment is verified. Delivery is usually made within five business days after the invoice is sent, excluding weekends and public holidays.


What happens to your order if the courier service is unable to deliver it and the parcel is returned to us?

All orders returned to us are considered "undeliverable". Reasons for undeliverable orders include incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempts by the courier (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed orders held by the courier agent. When we receive undeliverable orders, we will notify customers via email or phone to arrange for re-delivery. An additional delivery fee might apply for any re-delivery.
