Taste noteBeautiful cherry colour with shades of violet. Full aromas of red berries and cherry, with notes of spice and coffee. Flavours of chocolate and cherries with sweet tannins and a long finish.
Winemaking noteThis wine is made from organic grapes grown on our estate. We harvest at night so our grapes are of optimal temperature before pressing. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature between 25º C and 27º C. It has been aged for 6 months in American barrels and gently filtered to keep all natural aromas and characteristics.
TemperatureWe recommend this wine to be served at 18°C.
